Vote NO on HJR 2
•HJR 2 would interfere with professional Idaho Fish and Game scientists in determining and enforcing Fish and Game regulations
•HJR 2 would set a bad precedent for changing the Idaho Constitution to benefit special interests
•HJR 2 would lead to expensive litigation that will cost taxpayers
•HJR 2 would guarantee that trapping of fur-bearing animals remains legal in Idaho forever. Trapping is a cruel and prolonged way to kill animals. Its use should remain open to debate.
•Idahoans already have the right to hunt, fish and trap
· Defeat of HJR 2 would not affect existing rights to hunt, fish, or trap
